This Code of Conduct (CoC) aims to ensure that the companies we work with adhere to high standards of fair and respectful treatment of individuals, a safe working environment and other ethical practices. Intigriti and its subsidiaries continuously comply with the principles of this Code of Conduct and require its suppliers to do the same.

1. General

1.1 We expect our suppliers to comply with the laws that are applicable to their company and business operations and to dispose of all required permits, licenses and registrations to operate their business and supply their products and/or services to us. Our suppliers must respect and support internationally recognized human rights, as described in the European Convention of Human Rights. Suppliers will comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy, processing of personal data and information security, in particular concerning personal information of clients and personnel.

1.2 We expect our suppliers to abide by the rules of this code of conduct, and to implement appropriate measures to monitor and ensure compliance within their company and supply chain.

2. Labour practices

2.1 We expect our suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws. In particular suppliers will comply with local laws regarding working hours, overtime, vacation, payment and social benefits and in general ensure that their employees are given adequate time away from work. The normal work schedule of the supplier’s members of personnel shall not exceed 48 hours per week and individuals will be given minimally one day away from work per week. Suppliers shall provide appropriate remuneration for their employees, minimally equal to the imposed legal minimum wage.

2.2 Suppliers will apply quality standards regarding both mental and physical health and safety of the work floor, which shall minimally equal requirements of law.

2.3 Child labour is prohibited. Suppliers will not engage minors under 15 years of age. Suppliers shall not, under any circumstances, allow persons under 18 years of age to perform any work that is detrimental to their safety, physical or mental health, or that deprives them of the opportunity to attend school.

2.4 Suppliers must respect the freedom of association and allow its personnel the right to join workers' delegations and to bargain collectively, without risking sanctions or intimidation.

2.5 Forced labour is prohibited under all circumstances.

3. Non-discrimination

3.1 Suppliers shall not engage in or tolerate withing their company or business relationships any for of discriminatory behaviour.

3.2 Recruitment, salary policies, access to training programs, promotion policies, policies on termination of employment contracts, retirement policies and any other aspect concerning the employment relationship will be based on the principle of equal opportunities, regardless of origin, race, colour, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation, union membership, nationality, social class, sex, pregnancy, illnesses, disabilities or any other characteristic or circumstance that could lead to discrimination.

4. Anti-bribery and corruption

4.1 Suppliers strictly adhere to all applicable anti-corruption and bribery laws. Suppliers shall not offer or promise valuable items to Intigriti personnel in order to improperly influence them or to obtain any advantage, or that may create any impression to that effect. Likewise, suppliers shall not accept such items from third parties. Gifts or benefits may only be offered or accepted insofar as this is consistent with the relevant regulations, both of the giver[MV1] and recipient and insofar as this is in accordance with the prevailing and accepted ethical practices in the business world.

4.2 Suppliers will avoid any conflict of interest and will immediately inform Intigriti if a potential conflict of interest would impact the business relationship.

5. Respect for nature and environment

5.1 Suppliers conduct their business with respect for nature and the environment, and comply with all applicable environmental and sustainability laws.

6. Amendments

6.1 Intigriti may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. The most recent version will be available at https://go.intigriti.com/code-of-conduct.

7. Corrective measures

7.1 Compliance with the principles of the current Code of Conduct is an essential condition for Intigriti, in the absence of which Intigriti would not have engaged in its business relationship with the supplier. A failure to comply with the principles of the current Code of Conduct will entitle Intigriti to terminate its business relationship and any agreements with the supplier with immediate effect. The current article will prevail over any conflicting terms in other agreements between Intigriti and the supplier.
